Reflexology
Therapeutic reflexology is a holistic approach that considers the person as a whole. It is a massage technique which, by working the reflex zones of the feet or hands, aims to stimulate the body’s natural self-healing capacities. These zones correspond to different bodily systems and functions. Through stimulation of the reflex points and precise touch, this work seeks to relax, to help eliminate toxins and to encourage blood circulation, so as to act at a distance on a system, an area of the body or an organ.
It may accompany periods of stress, imbalance or health problems, serve as prevention or therapeutic support, or simply offer yourself a moment to slow down, replenish and come back to yourself.
When it may help
Reflexology may be considered for:
A session with Silvia
The first appointment lasts about an hour and a half. It begins with a conversation and a case history. Later appointments last an hour, in a quiet space, at your own rhythm.
A moment to share what you are going through, what you would like from the session, your general health and anything specific to flag.
You stay dressed — only the feet are uncovered. You lie down in a position that supports your back, neck and legs.
Precise touch on the reflex zones of the feet. Depending on what is needed, work on the hands, on complementary body zones or trigger points may be offered.
A few minutes to settle, then a short conversation. Simple aftercare suggestions: hydration, listening to your body and the rhythm of any next sessions.
After the session and during the three days that follow, you may notice certain reactions, such as a feeling of tiredness, darker or stronger-smelling urine, or some changes in mood or sleep. These reactions are normal and simply indicate that the body is continuing its process of elimination and rebalancing.

Who am I?
I began my professional life in finance. Alongside that career, I discovered reflexology — an approach that helped me a great deal in managing stress. Curious and passionate by nature, I undertook reflexology training and practised for several years in Lausanne.
After moving to Zurich in 2001, I worked in human resources while continuing my training and practising reflexology within my family circle. Over time, personal introspection, meditation, spirituality and a deeper reconnection to the body brought me back to my original passion for care.
Since 2023, I have resumed my therapeutic path with an approach enriched by my life experience, my listening and close attention to each person’s needs and sensitivity.
First reflexology training in 1997 at The Bayly School of Reflexology with Noëlle Weyeneth and Madeleine Turgeon, and at Prana Formation with Tal Spassou.
An old tradition
Work through reflex zones has roots in very old traditions found across different cultures. In the twentieth century, this knowledge evolved into more structured approaches, with foot maps and an increasingly formalised practice within complementary wellbeing settings. Today, reflexology remains above all an art of touch, listening and whole-body attention.
Complementary work
The work focuses on one or more trigger points responsible for local muscular pain, which can also cause referred pain in areas far from the point of origin.
In their own words
I’ve known Silvia for a long time, and I can recommend her without hesitation. She’s a calm, gentle and attentive person, completely free of judgment. What I appreciate most is that she truly takes her time — she never makes you feel rushed. From the moment I arrive for a session, I feel welcomed with warmth, and completely at ease.
She has helped me enormously with managing my anxiety and stress, as well as easing stomach issues. Thanks to her gentle, personalised approach, I’ve seen real improvements. I also tried her lymphatic drainage treatment and was truly impressed by the results.
Silvia knows how to create a soothing atmosphere where it’s easy to relax and let go — something that’s usually very hard for me. I always leave feeling relaxed and recharged.
Beyond her skills, Silvia is passionate, attentive and deeply invested in the wellbeing of the people she cares for. She takes the time to explain how she’ll work and adapts each session to what’s needed in the moment.
I warmly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, caring and gentle reflexologist. Thank you for everything, Silvia!

I saw Silvia for a lower back problem and had a reflexology session with her. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting such a result: after a single session, my back was almost completely released.
Silvia is very attentive, gentle and professional. A wonderful discovery that I recommend without hesitation!

Frequently asked questions
A few answers so you arrive relaxed and well-informed.
The touch is precise but respectful and adapted to your sensitivity. Some reflex zones may feel more tender, often a sign of tension or imbalance; pressure is always adjusted. The session remains, above all, a moment of relaxation.
You stay clothed throughout the session — only the feet are uncovered. The seated massage is also performed fully clothed, on an ergonomic chair.
It depends on the issue, the therapeutic goal and the person. In general, it is recommended to begin with three consecutive sessions, one per week, to establish a real therapeutic effect.
Please mention any pregnancy, medical follow-up, ongoing treatment or particular situation before the session.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are charged. Please let me know as soon as you can if something comes up — a new appointment is always welcome.
Sessions are paid in cash or by TWINT at the end of the appointment. The three-session pack benefits from the announced rate.
